Objectives: |
Students will be directed to listen for safety rules and recount them at the end of the lesson. Students will enjoy the story of Officer Buckle and Gloria by Peggy Rathmann, the Caldecott winning author of this book. Students will take a pre-made star and write one safety rule on it for a class bulletin board of Safety Rules with Officer Buckle and Gloria.
