  • Listen to or read Lessons 1–6 in Unit A/Chapter 1 in Health and Wellness.
  • Use the POWER Listening strategy while listening to or reading the text to aid in comprehension.
  • Complete the POWER listening note taking template while listening to the text.
  • Complete the lesson reviews and chapter review.
