Students will:
  • Read or listen to Bud, Not Buddy by Christopher Paul Curtis. 
  • Use a map to locate Flint, Michigan. 
  • Gain an understanding of life during the Great Depression. 
  • Create a suitcase that has several personal belongings that help identify themselves as an individual (similar to Bud’s suitcase).
