Students will:
- Read or listen to Bud, Not Buddy by Christopher Paul Curtis.
- Use a map to locate Flint, Michigan.
- Gain an understanding of life during the Great Depression.
- Create a suitcase that has several personal belongings that help identify themselves as an individual (similar to Bud’s suitcase).
