  • Listen to and/or read Chapters 5 and 6 in Moving for Life.
  • Use the POWER Listening strategy while listening to or reading the text to aid in comprehension.
  • Complete the POWER Listening note taking template while listening to the text.
  • Evaluate their personal competition style preference.
  • Match their physical preferences and abilities to physical activities that suit their lifestyle.
