  • Read and discuss the book The Great Escape by Elizabeth A. Yoder literally and analytically.
  • Identify character traits for at least three main characters in the story.
  • Complete a character chart for one of the main characters.
  • Write a journal entry for two of the main characters.
  • Make a prediction about what might occur in the story.
