  • Listen to Nothing to Do by Douglas Wood
  • Create a personal list of typical responsibilities, chores and commitments
  • Identify the many things in life they would do if they had a day with no responsibilities, no commitments or chores to complet
  • Reflect upon why it could be a good thing to have a day with “nothing to do.”
