  • Complete a timeline of the nonviolent freedom movement in India.
  • Name other nonviolent freedom movements that stemmed from Gandhi’s philosophy.
  • Compare India’s struggle for freedom to the main characters’ struggle for freedom.
  • Discuss attaining freedom with and without violence.
