Objectives: |
Students will:
- Read and/or listen to the novel Go Tell It on the Mountain by James Baldwin and discuss it literally and analytically.
- Discuss how feelings can influence characters’ actions within a story
- Write an essay describing how various feelings influenced the actions of three main characters
- Learn the definition of the literary genre bildungsroman.
