    • Restate main ideas and important facts from a text that students either listened to or read.

    • Identify the ways in which an organism's habitat provides for its basic needs (plants require air, water, nutrients and light; animals require food, water, air and shelter).

Goal:

Students will choose and read informational science texts in order to identify and answer questions about the resources on the life cycle of plants.
