The Alliance for Parents

Funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), the ALLIANCE (The Technical Assistance ALLIANCE for Parent Centers) is a partnership of one national and six regional parent technical assistance centers. These centers provide parents with training, community resources, publications and IDEA information.

Tips for Transition

The Tips for Transition booklet contains 134 Transition Tips submitted from all over the country by practitioners. The purpose of the Tips was to identify grassroots transition practices being used by practitioners.
